Juiana's Baptism

Juliana was baptized on December 12. It was a great day for her. We had my mom come in from Delaware and Gerrit's dad from Washington DC. The baptism was at 10:00 am and three other children were baptized that morning. Juliana's Opa gave the talk on baptism and another grandfather gave the talk on the Holy Ghost. Juliana was fourth in line for the baptism and patiently waited her turn. Following the baptism, the bishop spoke to Juliana and she was confirmed by Gerrit. It was a special day and Juilana will remember it for a long time to come.

Jackson was so proud of Juliana. He kept saying he can't wait to turn 8 and be baptized.

Following the baptism we all went out to eat at Olive Garden . Juliana received her own set of scriptures and is so happy to finally have some of her own. Thanks to all the friends and family who sent cards and gifts. They were much appreicated and helped Juliana feel special on her special day.
