"Winter" Parties

Friday, the kid's had "Winter" parties at school. I went and split my time between the two parties. What a difference between 3rd Grade and Kindergarten!!!
Juliana showing off her Gingerbread Girl Wreath. They were all very proud of these, it took them three days to get them just right! At J's party, the kids made snowmen out of marshmallows and pretzels and had hot cocoa. Other than that, they just got to play and talk with their friends which they don't get to do a lot of.
Juliana the night before with her teacher Ms. Lee. The 3rd Grade performed 'The Nutcracker'. It was really cute. Juliana was an Arabian Dancer. She did a really good job. Too bad my camera never takes good pictures in the school's cafeteria/multi purpose room.

Jackson's party was a lot of fun. The children decorated Gingerbread Men. Most ate their's but not my Jackson. He had to bring it home to live in his Gingerbread House. His class also decorated graham cracker gingerbread houses. It was fun.
Jackson with his teacher, Mrs. Bell. She is so great with them. He really loves her a lot and is having a great Kindergarten year!
